Methods of Application

01
Seed treatment

Mix 200 gm of Bannari Leaf care / Zinc Solubilizer (Bacillus subtilis) with rice gruel or 5 % jaggery solution. Treat seed materials required for an acre in the slurry before sowing.
02
Seedling, Tuber and Sett treatment

Dip the seedling, tuber and sett required for an acre in a solution containing 2 kgs of Bannari Leaf care / Zinc Solubilizer (Bacillus subtilis) in 50 litres of water for 10 minutes before planting.

Foliar spray

Mix 15 gm of Bannari Leaf care / Zinc Solubilizer (Bacillus subtilis) and 10 gm of jaggery per litre of water and spray in evening time to get good result. Repeat the spray after 7 days interval.

Soil application

Mix 4 - 5 kgs of Bannari Leaf care / Zinc Solubilizer (Bacillus subtilis) per acre with 500 kgs of well decomposed farm yard manure or biocompost and apply to the field.

Drip Irrigation

For 1 acre, mix 4 - 5 kgs of Bannari Leaf care / Zinc Solubilizer (Bacillus subtilis) per acre with 200 litres water and apply through fertigation.

Bacillus subtilis produces mycolytic enzymes, chitinase, glucanase and cellulase.
