- Urad dal
- Rice
- Poha
- Chana dal
- Methi seeds
- Salt
- Raising Agent (INS 500ii)
How to Prepare

Add water
In a bowl, blend the batter powder with water (1.5 cup) until smooth.

Mix
Adjust with water for a thick yet pourable consistency, let it rest for 7-8 mins.

Steam
Ladle batter into greased idli moulds (fill ¾). Steam for 10 minutes. Rest 2 mins before removing.
Makes
150g Powder + 225ml Water = 375g Wet batter = 9-10 Idlis
