One number, whichever end of the line you are on.
Machinery quotes, produce orders, or registering a plot. Same people answer all three.
Enquiries
Tell us which end you are on.
A machinery quote needs your district and herd size before it means anything, so the form asks what it is about first. Everything else is one message.
Monday to Saturday
8 AM to 8 PM
Send a message
Have this ready and it is one message, not four.
Whichever end of the line you are on, these are the things we will ask for.
About an order
Your order number. It looks like
DM260826007 and the middle six digits are the date you ordered.
About a machine
The machine, the option, and your district — that is what freight, installation and the subsidy file are worked out from.
Whether we deliver to you
Your pin code. Crates are sorted by pin code at the city hub, so it is the only thing we need.
Changing or cancelling
Tell us before 9 PM on the day you ordered. After that it is already on the cutting list.
Check a pin code first
We pack in Mandya district and deliver to households in Bengaluru and Mysuru.
