This policy says what personal data Dinkomart collects, why, who sees it, how long we keep it and what you can do about it. It follows India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its Rules, and the Information Technology Act, 2000. Short version: we collect what we need to sell, deliver and support your order, we ask before using analytics or ad cookies, and we never sell your data.

We do not ask for, and never store, your UPI PIN, card details or bank login. UPI payments go from your own UPI app to the account of Dinko Agritech shown at checkout.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the cart, sign-in and forms working. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only if you say yes, and you can change your answer at any time. The details are on our Cookie Policy; change your cookie settings.
Who we share it with
- The people who deliver your order: your name, phone and delivery address, for that delivery.
- A partner brand, when it ships, installs or services something you bought from it (for example a machine): the same details, for that order.
- Services that run the site for us, under their own privacy terms: our web host; Google, for sending our emails, "Continue with Google", the robot check on forms, and, only with your yes, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; Microsoft, only with your yes to marketing, to measure ads on Bing.
- WhatsApp (Meta), only if you message us there.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.
How long we keep it
- Orders, invoices and payment references: as long as tax and accounting law requires (GST records are kept for at least 72 months).
- Your account: until you ask us to delete it, unless an open order or the law needs part of it kept.
- Enquiries and farmer applications: until the matter is closed, and for a reasonable time after in case you come back to it.
- Analytics: for the period set in our Google Analytics account, at most 14 months.
Your rights
Under the DPDP Act you can:
- ask what personal data we hold about you and how we use it;
- have it corrected, completed or brought up to date;
- have it erased when it is no longer needed, unless the law needs us to keep it;
- withdraw consent you gave (such as analytics cookies) as easily as you gave it;
- nominate someone to act for you if you die or cannot act yourself;
- complain to our Grievance Officer, and then to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied.

Keeping it safe
The site runs only over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes. Forms are protected against forgery and bots. Only the people who need your details to fulfil and support your order can see them.
Children
The shop is for adults. If you are under 18, use it with a parent or guardian. We do not knowingly collect a child's personal data without a parent's consent.

Changes
When this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it. If a change affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you first.
